Christopher Warner is a massive Maroon 5 superfan, and he particularly loves Adam Levine.
So his teachers set up a ploy to get him back stage to meet his idol. They helped the 10-year-old with Downs Syndrome make a video showing off just how much of a fan he is.
The video showed Christopher singing Adam’s songs, telling his teachers about his favourite Maroon 5 tracks, and even caught the little boy doing a bit of karaoke.
The video’s caption read: ‘I am a special education teacher and Christopher is one of my students. He is an amazing boy who is just like any 10-year-old with an interest in pop culture.
‘He loves listening to Maroon 5. For his informational writing project, he chose to make a poster about the band.
‘Every day, he works to earn breaks to listen to his favorite Maroon 5 songs. I told him we could make a movie so he could let Adam Levine know about his #1 fan. This was a collaborative effort from me, my co-worker Jay Hackett, and Christopher’s mother.
US radio show The Kane Show made it possible for Christopher to meet his favourite singer, but when he did, he was a little overwhelmed, Buzzfeed reports.
This is the moment the Kane Show intern took him to meet Adam Levine.
But when he got there, he had a massive panic attack and collapsed.
So Adam Levine reacted brilliantly, and got on the floor with him to help calm him down.
And then they all posed for a floor selfie.
