Prof Blessing Didia Appointed As Acting Vice Chancellor of RSUST

Following the expiration of the tenure of Professor B.B Fakae, Professor Blessing Didia has been appointed as the acting Vice Chancellor of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Mr Opunabo Nko-Tariah, the media aide to Gov. Nyesom Wike, in a statement confirmed that the governor also appointed Prof Boma Oruwari  as acting Deputy Vice Chancellor of the university.  

I will personally commend Prof. B.B Fakae on his good administration that has taken the Premier Rivers State University of Science and Technology to a greater height, you will recall that RSUST was almost a right-off before Fakae was appointed as the VC to restore the lost glory of the university. 

It is my believe that Prof. Didia will continue with the foundation laid by the immediate past VC. As an Alumni of the great RSUST, it will give me so much joy to see the university beat it's equals.
