DID YOU KNOW THAT THE VAGINA IS SELF CLEANSING?

The Vagina is the only Organ of in Human Body that is self cleansing, you don't need any soap or deodorant to make it clean, it actually cleanses itself. Which other organ can do this? isn't that awesome?
