INDONESIA’S Attorney General HM Prasetyo insists the executions of Bali Nine ringleaders Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran will go ahead and that preparations are now 95 per cent complete.
Kompas newspaper reported that Mr Prasetyo said today the remaining five per cent relates to co-ordination and preparation of the firing squads.
He said that 13 firing squads were being prepared and had been in training to ensure there are no mistakes.
“We do not want, during the execution, it misses. One shot finish the problem. That why need practice,” Mr Prasetyo said, as quoted by Kompas.

And the Co-ordinating Minister of Political, Legal and Security Affairs, Tedjo Edhi Purdijatno, was quoted as saying that a judicial review decision for one of the 10 to be executed would be speeded up.
“It will be speeded up. We are waiting, maybe this week we can get the decision from the Supreme Court,” Mr Purdijatno said of the judicial review of Filipino woman Mary Jane Veloso.
Veloso is the only of the 10 so far not moved to Nusa Kambangan, pending her appeal decision.
