The former military head of state was nicknamed
“Okechukwu” in Owerri by Rochas Okorocha, Imo state governor.
Speaking at a campaign venue
yesterday, Dan Anyiam stadium, the governor praised Buhari for not tolerating
corruption and prayed for the demise of the Peoples Democratic Party.
“May the soul of PDP rest in peace. May they never rise again.”
The APC candidate, on his part,
thanked his supporters disclosing that it was his first time in
Imo state.
