We've long been jealous of Kim Kardashian's enviable hourglass figure, and now the Kardashian has revealed the secret behind her tiny waist.
That secret? A waist training belt, as modelled in her latest Instagram selfie.
A magician may never reveal his/her secret, but Kim will.
The 34-year-old showed off her corset-style aid, which helps maintain her famous hourglass figure.
Posing up a storm in her bathroom, Kim captioned the photo: "Organizing & cleaning up before bed and waist training at the same time! Thank you to the one and only@premadonna87 @pre_shop #Premadonna87#whatsawaist.com."
Multi-tasking at its best!
Kim's childhood BFF Nikki Lund has recently opened up about Kim's struggles with her insecurities in the past, revealing that the Kardashian has long been conscious of her weight.
She told Heat magazine: "At 13, we started to become more aware of ourselves. We began wearing make-up and started dieting.
"It was mostly the Atkins and the South Beach Diet. We did the Cabbage Soup Diet and we'd be there boiling great big vats of cabbage. We were like, 'Yes, we're going to be thin'."
Nikki also admitted that Kim's insecurities didn't just revolve around her weight, adding: "Kim was always saying her nose wasn't perfect.
"I thought she was nuts. Every girl has something they don't like."
