Lewis Hamilton might be used to fans asking for his autograph and a quick selfie everywhere he goes, but it seems in Sydney, he's not *quite* so recognisable. Taking a break down under, visiting the Sydney Opera House and talking a stroll along the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Formula 1 driver quickly struck up a conversation with a family of three.
But in a unusual turn of events, it wasn't a selfie with the 30-year-old driver that they were after.
Nope. Instead, they actually asked HIM to take THEIR photo to document their trip.
Errr, bet they wish they'd recognised the photographer who came to their rescue and nabbed a selfie with the hunk now! Because the paparazzi weren't a give-away, surprisingly.
See the pics after the cut...
Still, a very suave Lewis looked more than happy to be the one BEHIND the camera for a change, and we're guessing it must have been nice to be a non-celeb, just for a little bit.
What a lovely guy, eh?
Lewis is currently having a bit of down-time in Sydney after winning the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne last weekend.
As well as exploring the most famous landmarks and being a newly-appointed tourist photographer, he's also taken himself down to the waters for a trip in a luxury yacht.
Fancy.
Posting a photo of himself at the yacht's wheel, he wrote: "After a long day of media yesterday, sailing in Sydney with friends was a great way to end the day!
"Sydney is such a beautiful city. Can't wait to come back next year. #Australia#LandDownUnder#OperaHouse#SydneyHarbourBridge#Sailing"
